This partially open stadium has a lot to brag about. From its captivating view of Mount Rainier and the Seattle skyline to the infamous " Hawks Nest' where the loudest and rowdiest fans gather and enjoy expansive 40-foot-wide bars and an outdoor gas fireplace, Lumen Field is where you can cheer on the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders. It also features summer concerts and superstar events. Lumen Field also earns accolades for its diverse eateries.
Your driver will notify on-site patrols to be granted access to the drop-off zone, which is generally at South Charles Street/formerly Railroad Way South, just west of Occidental Avenue, and accessed via 1st Avenue South. The zone is directly across from the Lumen Field Pro Shop. For ADA-accessible loading and unloading, there is a drop-off area along 1st Ave South and S Charles Street. Stadium parking is quite limited, so charter buses generally drop off passengers and then park at an off-site staging area.
After the game or event, your group will be picked up at the same spot. However, because of massive post-game traffic congestion, you are advised to coordinate with your driver as to the precise time and location of your pickup.
Charter bus drivers should contact the Lumen Field management company at parking@seahawksfgi.com or (206) 381-7100 to confirm designated loading, unloading, and parking areas prior to the event, as these may change because of street closures and excessive traffic.

T-Mobile Park's retractable roof makes watching the Seattle Mariners a completely pleasant experience despite rainy or cold weather outside. It sits just south of Lumen Field in the area known as "SoDo," so expect considerable traffic congestion—whether for a game or a large-scale musical performance. Schedule your arrival time early so your driver has time to navigate through clogged streets, and you can grab food and drink and get to your seats before the first pitch. The Park also hosts major musical concerts.
Charter buses can drop off and pick up passengers at the designated unloading and loading zones on Occidental Avenue South or Railroad Way South outside the Park. It shares these zones with Lumen Field. However, it is important that you stay in contact with your driver, as traffic, parking, and pick-up routes may change on game days.
On-site parking is limited, but reservations can be made by calling the Mariners' parking office at 206-346-4001 at least ten days before your scheduled event. For updated details see the Seattle Mariners Ballpark Transportation guide.

Known for its deafening noise level and its stunningly scenic setting overlooking Lake Washington with views of the Cascade Mountains and Mount Rainier, Husky Stadium offers a memorable experience even if you're not a fan of the University of Washington Huskies football team. You may see ticketholders walking to the game from the shore after sailing to the site by boat—giving rise to the term, "sailgating." Husky Stadium is also the largest stadium in the Pacific Northwest, with a capacity of 72,500.
The primary drop-off zone for charter buses is at designated curbs along Montlake Boulevard NE. Buses may also use the inner Montlake/E20 lot near the Link light rail station as a drop-off point. Passengers in smaller minibus rentals may also be dropped off at Rainier Vista on Stevens Way.
Streets surrounding Husky Stadium during game day may incur restrictions, requiring rerouting. For instance, no traffic is allowed on the Montlake Bridge during the 90 minutes before kickoff. Contact the UW Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 for specific transportation procedures.
Charter buses generally stage off site at lots along the I-5 or downtown. After the game, expect heavy pedestrian and automobile traffic. Coordinate with your driver as to your exact pickup spot. Charter buses can typically pick up passengers on the west side of Montlake Boulevard just north of the overpass; or on Stevens Way.
Note: A Charter Bus Parking Permit must be purchased in advance via the Event Management Office at icaevent@uw.edu or calling (206) 543-2246.

This unique home of the Seattle Kraken and Seattle Storm is a net-zero carbon certified arena—the first of its kind. It operates on renewable energy, produces zero waste, donates leftover food to local food banks, and has an array of high-tech amenities. No need to wait in line to purchase food or merchandise—an in-store shopping code or palm-scanning tech lets you grab and go. The ice for HL games is from rainwater channeled into cisterns. The arena also hosts big-name concert acts.
Located just a mile north of downtown Seattle, Climate Pledge Arena sees heavy traffic on game days. Charter buses use specifically designated drop-off zones, including 1st Avenue North just outside the entrance; Republican Street and Warren Avenue North; Denny Way at Pacific Science Center; or Mercer Street at McCaw Hall at the venue's eastern edge. Charter bus parking takes place off site.
At departure, passengers board charter buses only at specially permitted loading zones. Most common charter bus pickup spots are at Broad Street and MoPOP Museum; and the Space Needle area.
BAG POLICY
Allowed: Clear bags up to 14"x14"x6"
Prohibited: Backpacks, large purses, and non-clear bags over the clutch size. Bags larger than the 4"x 6"x1.5" size (including medical, clear, and parenting/diaper bags) must be screened.

CAMERAS & ELECTRONICS
Prohibited: Professional cameras, iPads/tablets, GoPros, selfie sticks, tripods, and cameras with interchangeable lenses

Situated at the historic Hec Edmundson Pavilion on the University of Washington campus, the Arena features vintage architecture in an intimate setting. You'll be close to the action watching the UW Huskies basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics teams compete.
The popularity of UW sports means traffic congestion around Alaska Airlines Arena at game time makes it difficult to smoothly enter and exit the area. This requires adjusting your itinerary so that you arrive well before the scheduled start time. Charter buses drop off and pick up groups on Wahkiakum Road at designated zones. Charter buses may park in the northeast section of the E18 parking lot, as long as they have a permit, which can be pre-arranged through the UW Event Management office at icaevent@uw.edu or (206) 543-2246.

The White River Amphitheatre, some 36 miles from downtown Seattle, is the largest outdoor music venue in the Seattle-Tacoma metropolitan area. While 9,000 of the 16,000 seats are protected under an acoustically treated room, there is plenty of space to spread out on a grassy lawn in the summer. Expect extended traffic backups in the immediate area and on surrounding roads as showtime nears. It is recommended to arrive well before the performance is scheduled to start to avoid the most significant traffic.
Charter buses use Parking Gate 2 as the official drop-off, waiting, and pick-up area. Designated zones within this area allow for loading and unloading groups of passengers. Charter buses park off site. It is best to coordinate with you driver to confirm an exact time for pickup, because local law enforcement will mandate that unoccupied buses keep circling until their passengers arrive.
BAG POLICY
You can bring small purses or fanny packs, up to 6"x9", or clear plastic bags, up to 12"x12"x6" only.
CAMERAS & FOOD
Food contained within a clear, 1-gallon Ziploc bag and non-professional cameras (without detachable lenses) are permitted.

Lawn chairs, stadium seats, weapons, glass containers, and large, hard-sided coolers
